I'm an American living in Holland for the last 40 some years. I am a trained professional painter who has in 2011 added the job of filmmaker to my working life.
Work experience
My work experience as an artist includes participation in galleries and major art fairs around the world the last 25 years. As a part-time job, I worked for 27 years at Hewlett Packard, my last position being a mentor for the Marketing Department.

Since the beginning of 2011, I have spent my time learning the art of filmmaking. In 2012, I further developed these skills by making films with professional actors using my own scripts and music.

1966 - present
I met and received lessons by such diverse artists as Christo, George Segal, Roberto Matta, Kurt Sondenborg, Michael O'Neill and Martial Rayesse. Part of my education was a junior year abroad program at Atelier '63 in Holland. Among my teachers in Holland were Edgar Fernhout, Rainier Luccassen and Co Westerik.
